بتاريخ 19 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين ضحايا أجهزة الأمن الجزائرية سنوات التسعينات وكانت هذه المرة ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر التي تحصي نحو ألف مفقود في سنوات التسعينات، وهي فرصة لمزيد من التسجيلات لشهادات عائلات المفقودين لتبقى ذاكرة التاريخ حية، و تعبر عن آلام عائلات المفقودين وهذه مجرد عيّنة صغيرة من آلاف حالات ضحايا القمع الهمجي الذي تعرض له الشعب الجزائري في سنوات التسعينات. تشكر جمعية مشعل عائلة المفقود صالح محمديوة على حسن الضيافه والكرم و حفاوة الاستقبال، والتفضل بتقديم شهادة حيّة عن حيثيات فقدان الوالد صالح محمديوة. وللعلم فهو من مواليد 25 نوفمبر 1933، متزوج وأب لعشرة أبناء، وكان يمتهن التجارة ويقيم والذي يقيم بشارع بوخالفة عمار بلدية الأمير عبد القادر بجيجل. تمّ اعتقاله يوم 20 أوت 1996 على الساعة الواحدة والنصف صباحا من مسكنه العائلي الواقع بالعنوان الذي ذكرناه آنفاً. الإعتقال نفذته قوة من من الجيش الوطني الشعبي تمّ على إثرها تحويل المفقود مع بقية المفقودين الذين كان عددهم حوالي 20 الذين تم اعتقالهم في نفس الحملة إلى مقر فرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية الأمير عبد القادر، ومن ثم تم تحويلهم على متن حافلة مدنية تعود لأحد المواطنين الذي أُجبر بالقوة على نقلهم من مقر فصيلة الدرك الوطني ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر إلى مقر القطاع العسكري العملياتي بولاية جيجل الكائن مقره في الجهة المقابلة لمدرسة التكوين شبه الطبي. هذه باختصار محاولة إحاطة الحيثيات العامة حول ظروف جريمة الاختفاء هذه والتي تتناول تفاصيلها بإسهاب كل من زوجته وإبنه محمد.
The Case of the Missing Saleh Mohameddioua Kidnapped since August 20, 1996 from the Municipality of El Amir Abdelkader in Jijel, Algeria
On March 19, 2009, the Mashaal Association for the Sons of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the families of those kidnapped by the Algerian security apparatus during the 1990s. This time it was in the municipality of El Amir Abdelkader, which has around a thousand missing persons from the 1990s. It was an opportunity to further record the testimonies of families of the missing to keep the memory of history alive and express the pain of the families of the missing. This is just a small sample of thousands of cases of victims of the brutal repression that the Algerian people were subjected to in the 1990s. The Mashaal Association thanks the family of the missing Saleh Mohameddioua for their hospitality, generosity and warm welcome, and for providing a living testimony about the circumstances of the disappearance of the father, Saleh Mohameddioua. For the record, he was born on November 25, 1933, married with ten children, and was a merchant living on Boukhalfa Ammar Street in the municipality of El Amir Abdelkader in Jijel. He was arrested on August 20, 1996, at 1:30 a.m. from his family home at the aforementioned address. The arrest was carried out by a force from the National Popular Army, after which the missing person, along with about 20 other missing persons arrested in the same campaign, were transferred to the headquarters of the National Gendarmerie Brigade in the municipality of El Amir Abdelkader. They were then transferred on a civilian bus belonging to a citizen who was forced to transport them from the National Gendarmerie Brigade headquarters in El Amir Abdelkader municipality to the headquarters of the Operational Military Sector in Jijel Province, located opposite the Paramedical Training School. This is a brief attempt to outline the general circumstances surrounding this crime of disappearance, the details of which are extensively covered by his wife and son, Mohamed.
