بتاريخ 29 أوت 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين ضحايا أجهزة الأمن الجزائرية سنوات التسعينات وكانت هذه المرة ببلدية العوانة في ضيافة عائلة المفقود ربيع معوش إبن عمار ويمينة خشم المولود في 15 مارس 1972، أعزب كان يشغل وظيفة بناء. المفقود معوش ربيع تم اعتقاله يوم 23 فيفري 1994 على حوالي الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا على مستوى نقطة مراقبة عسكرية موجودة في الطريق المقابل لحي 100 مسكن، من طرف عناصر الجيش الوطني الشعبي تابعين للثكنة الواقع مقرها بمنطقة أوندرو. كان برفقة عناصر الجيش الوطني الشعبي شخص يسمى بالحجل السعيد المدعو تان تان والذي كان مريض عقليا، مصاب بتخلف ذهني، وعلى الرغم من ذلك كان يُستخدم من قبل الجيش ليدلهم على الأشخاص الذين من المحتمل أنّهم كما يسمونهم عناصر دعم الجماعات المسلحة، وهكذا تمّ اعتقال السيد معوش ربيع في هذا الحاجز العسكري، و مساء ذلك اليوم تم نقله الى مقر الجيش الوطني الشعبي بالثكنة الموجودة في منطقة أوندرو، حيث مكث ليلتها في الثكنة ثم حول في اليوم الموالي الى مقر القطاع العسكري لعمليات بجيجل الكائن مقره بالجهة المقابلة لمدرسة تكوين الشبه طبي، ثم انقطعت أخباره منذ ذلك ولم تتحصل بعدها عائلته على أي معلومات لا بالحياة ولا بالموت. كانت محاولة الإحاطة ببعض المعلومات العامة حول المفقود و نترك المجال لوالدته مع مزيد من التفاصيل حول هذه الجريمة من حدوثها إلى تداعياتها.
The case of the missing Rabiah Ma’oush, abducted since February 23, 1994 from the municipality of El Awania, Jijel, Algeria
On August 29, 2009, the El Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped victims of the Algerian security services during the 1990s. This time it was in the municipality of El Awania, hosted by the family of the missing Rabiah Ma’oush, son of Ammar and Yamina Khashm, born on March 15, 1972, single, working as a construction worker. The missing Ma’oush Rabiah was arrested on February 23, 1994 around 11 am at a military checkpoint located on the road opposite the 100 housing district, by elements of the National Popular Army belonging to the barracks located in the Aounaddro area. With the elements of the National Popular Army was a person called Al-Hajjal Al-Saeed, known as Tan Tan, who was mentally ill, suffering from mental retardation. Despite this, he was used by the army to point out people who were likely, as they called them, elements supporting the armed groups. Thus, Mr. Ma’oush Rabiah was arrested at this military checkpoint, and in the evening of that day he was transferred to the headquarters of the National Popular Army at the barracks located in the Aounaddro area, where he spent that night in the barracks, then the next day he was transferred to the headquarters of the military sector for operations in Jijel, located opposite the paramedical training school. Since then, news of him was cut off and his family has not received any information about whether he is alive or dead. This was an attempt to gather some general information about the missing person, and we will leave room for his mother with more details about this crime from its occurrence to its repercussions.
