بتاريخ 26 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وكانت هذه المرة ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر بجيجل في ضيافةعائلة المفقود سعيد غردة الذين يقيمون بمنطقة بوخرتوم بتاسوست بلدية الأمير عبد القادر، الحي الذي فقد 15 مفقودا من سكانه سنوات التسعينات. وفي هذه المناسبة نقدم لكم شهادة حيّة تدلي بها زوجة المفقود سعيد غردة وأحد ابنائه. المفقود سعيد غردة ابن محمد ومسعودة مشري ولد في 27 فبراير 1936 بمنطقة الشحنة جيجل، متزوج وأب لتسعة أبناء. كان يشغل وظيفة بنّاء ويقيم بمنطقة بوخرتوم بتاسوست بلدية الأمير عبد القادر. اعتُقل بتاريخ 21 جوان 1994 على الساعة الثانية صباحا من بيته العائلي على يد قوة مشتركة للدرك الوطني التابعين للوحدة السابعة عشر للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الواقعة ثكنتها منطقة بوحمدون بتاسوست بلدية الأمير عبد القادر، مصحوبين بعناصر من الميليشيات وحسب المعلومات التي استقتها عائلته من بعض الشهود فقد تمّ اقتياده إلى مقر الثكنة وحُدد آخر تواجد له بها، وفي شهادة زوجة المفقود وإبنه تفاصيل مسهبة عن الجريمة والتداعيات المأساوية التي تلت وقوعها على العائلة.
The Case of the Missing Happy Gharda, Kidnapped Since June 21, 1994 from the Municipality of Amir Abdelkader in Jijel, Algeria
On March 26, 2009, the Al-Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped in the municipality of Amir Abdelkader in Jijel, specifically the family of the missing Said Gharda, who reside in the Boukhartoun area of Tasoust, municipality of Amir Abdelkader. This neighborhood lost 15 of its residents during the 1990s. On this occasion, we present to you a living testimony given by the wife of the missing Said Gharda and one of his sons. The missing Said Gharda, son of Mohamed and Massaouda Mechri, was born on February 27, 1936 in the Chehna area of Jijel. He was married with nine children and worked as a builder, residing in the Boukhartoun area of Tasoust, municipality of Amir Abdelkader. He was arrested on June 21, 1994 at 2 am from his family home by a joint force of the National Gendarmerie belonging to the 17th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie, whose barracks are located in the Bouhamdoun area of Tasoust, municipality of Amir Abdelkader, accompanied by militia elements. According to information gathered by his family from some witnesses, he was taken to the barracks headquarters, which was the last place he was seen. In the testimony of the missing man’s wife and son, there are detailed accounts of the crime and the tragic repercussions that followed on the family.
