بتاريخ 16 سبتمبر 2010 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر في ضيافة عائلة بوروينة، حيث يدلي السيد خليفة بوروينة بشهادة حية عن قضية اختفاء إبنه رشيد بوروينة. المفقود رشيد بوروينة إبن خليفة و الجوهر بطوش من موال 14 جويلية 1961 بتاكسنة جيجل، متزوج وأب لولدين ويشغل مهنة سائق، تعرّض لعملية اعتقال في منزله العائلي بتاريخ 18 أوت 1996 نفذها عناصر من الجيش الوطني الشعبي، وعناصر ملثمين بالزي المدني، وكان آخر تواجد له بمقر القطاع العسكري العملياتي بـ جيجل الى غاية 20اوت 1996.

The Case of the Missing Rachid Bourouina, Kidnapped since August 18, 1996 from the Prince Abdelkader Region, Algeria

On September 16, 2010, the Association of the Missing Sons in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped, this time in the municipality of Prince Abdelkader, hosted by the Bourouna family. Mr. Khalifa Bourouna gave a living testimony about the disappearance of his son Rachid Bourouna. The missing Rachid Bourouna, son of Khalifa and Jouhara Battouch, was born on July 14, 1961 in Taksena, Jijel. He was married with two children and worked as a driver. He was subjected to an arrest operation at his family home on August 18, 1996, carried out by elements of the National Popular Army and masked civilians. His last presence was at the headquarters of the Operational Military Sector in Jijel until August 20, 1996.
