بتاريخ 27 ماي 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين ببلدية قاوس جيجل وهي عائله المفقود رابح بوحجرة ممثلة في زوجته. المفقود أب لسبعة أولاد وكان عمره حوالي 40 سنة لما تمّ اعتقاله حوالي شهر أكتوبر 1995 على الساعة الرابعة مساء من مقر مركز بلدية قاوس من طرف عناصر الحرس البلدي ببلدية قاوس الذين قاموا بتحويله في الحين إلى مقر فرقة الدار الوطني ببلدية قاوس ومنذ ذلك الحين لم تظهر عليه أية معلومات مؤكّدة ولم يفرج عنه إلى اليوم. هذه أهم المعطيات الخاصة بهذا المفقود في هذه الفرصة تمّ تسجيل شهادة حية لزوجة المفقود عن وقائع وتداعيات هذه المأساة.
