بتاريخ 19 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي في ضيافة عائلة المفقودين الأخوين أحسن و عمر بورترية، حيث يدلي والدهما بشهادته عن مأساة العائلة أولاً فيما يخص فقدان إبنه السيد عمر بوترية مولود في 27 أبريل 1972 أعزب، وكان يشغل وظيفة تقني سامي في الأشغال العمومية وفي نفس الوقت طالب بجامعة سطيف بالجزائر في الكيمياء ويقيم بمنطقة تسبيلان ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي بجيجل، وقد اعتقل ثمّ اختفى السيد عمر بوترية منذ اعتقاله في 29 أبريل 1994 على حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحا، وذلك على يد قبل عناصر الدرك الوطني والجيش الوطني الشعبي بالسوق الأسبوعي لبلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي، وحسب المعلومات التي استقتها العائلة من شهود، فقد تم تحويله على إثرها إلى مقر فرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز بجيجل.
كما يفيد الوالد أيضاً بتفاصيل فيما يخص فقدان إبنه الثاني السيد أحسن بوترية وهو أكبر سناً من أخيه بوترية عمر. المفقود أحسن بوترية من مواليد في 5 مارس ،1963 متزوج وأب لأربعة أبناء، كان يشغل وظيفة موظف ببريد سيدي عبد العزيز، وكان يقيم في نفس المكان في منطقه تسبيلان ببلدية الجمعه بني حبيبي بجيجل، وقد تم اعتقاله هو كذلك في نفس اليوم الذي اعتقل فيه أخيه عمر أي بتاريخ 29 أبريل 1994، على حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحاً بالسوق الأسبوعي لبلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي، وقد تمّ هذا الإعتقال من طرف أعوان الدرك الوطني وحدة التدخل السريع لمنطقة بوحمدون الواقعة ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر، مدعومين بأفراد من الجيش الوطني الشعبي، وحسب المعلومات المستقاة من قبل الشهود، فقد وصلت اثنائها معلومات الى العائلة تفيد بأنّهنا قد تم نقلهما إلى مقر الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز على الأرجح، حيث أصبحا من ضحايا الإختفاء القسري إلى غاية اليوم.
The Case of the Missing: Omar Ahsan Boutria Kidnapped Since April 29, 1994 from the Jama’a Bani Habibi Area in Jijel, Algeria
On March 19, 2009, the Al-Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped, this time in the municipality of Jama’a Bani Habibi, hosted by the family of the missing brothers Ahsan and Omar Boutria. Their father gave his testimony about the family tragedy, first regarding the disappearance of his son, Mr. Omar Boutria, born on April 27, 1972, single, who worked as a senior technician in public works and at the same time was a student at the University of Setif in chemistry. He lived in the Tsbilan area in the municipality of Jama’a Bani Habibi in Jijel. Mr. Omar Boutria was arrested and then disappeared since his arrest on April 29, 1994, around 10 a.m., by elements of the National Gendarmerie and the National Popular Army at the weekly market of the municipality of Jama’a Bani Habibi. According to information obtained by the family from witnesses, he was subsequently transferred to the headquarters of the National Gendarmerie Brigade in the municipality of Sidi Abdelaziz in Jijel.
The father also provides details regarding the disappearance of his second son, Mr. Ahsan Boutria, who is older than his brother Omar. The missing Ahsan Boutria was born on March 5, 1963, married with four children, and worked as an employee at the post office in Sidi Abdelaziz. He lived in the same place in the Tisbilan area in the municipality of Jama’a Bani Habibi in Jijel. He was also arrested on the same day as his brother Omar, on April 29, 1994, around 10 a.m. at the weekly market of the municipality of Jama’a Bani Habibi. This arrest was carried out by agents of the National Gendarmerie’s Rapid Intervention Unit from the Bouhamadoun area located in the municipality of Amir Abdelkader, supported by members of the National Popular Army. According to information obtained from witnesses, the family received information that they were likely transferred to the headquarters of the National Gendarmerie in the municipality of Sidi Abdelaziz, where they became victims of enforced disappearance to this day.
