بتاريخ 22 سبتمبر 2009 حلّت جمعية مشعل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المفقودين بمنطقة جيجل عائلة المفقود نور الدين عليوة مولود في 22 أكتوبر 1964 إبن رابح ومسعودة بن عمر الذي كان يشتغل في الأعمال الحرة والذي يسكن بحي شتوان عبد الله بالمحطة القديمة الطاهير. نور الدين عليوة المختطف المفقود كان متزوج وأب اثنين من الأبناء وتم اعتقاله في 1 ماي 1995 على حوالي الساعة الخامسة مساء وهذا بمحاذاة بعض الأمتار عن مسكنه العائلي وقد تمت عملية الاعتقال هذه من قبل عناصر الدفاع الذاتي، والذين قاموا بعدها يعني بتحويله في نفس اليوم إلى مقر ثكنة الجيش الوطني الشعبي الكائنة بمنطقة الكيلومتر الخامس بجيجل، و بعد عملية الاعتقال بحوالي ثلاث أيام تم العثور على الشاحنة التي تم حجزها مع المفقود، عُثر عليها بثكنة الكيلومتر الخامس للجيش الوطني الشعبي، حيث أخبروا أهله يوم الخميس 4 ماي 1995 بأن المفقود نور الدين علي وتم تحويله الى مقر القطاع العسكري العمليات بجيجل الكائن مقره بالجهة المقابلة لمدرسة التكوين شبه الطبّي. هذه محاولة إحاطة بأهم المعلومات فيما يخص هذا المفقود وبدون اطالة معنا تصريحات والدة المفقود تقدّم لنا بها شهادة حيّة حول هذه المأساة.
The case of the missing person Noureddine Aliwa, kidnapped since May 1, 1995 from the Taher region of Jijel, Algeria
On September 22, 2009, the Mash’al Association was hosted by a family of missing persons in the Jijel region, the family of the missing Noureddine Aliwa, born on October 22, 1964, son of Rabah and Mas’ouda Ben Amer, who was self-employed and resided in the Chouane Abdallah neighborhood of the old Taher station. Noureddine Aliwa, the missing kidnapped person, was married and had two children. He was arrested on May 1, 1995, around 5 pm, just a few meters away from his family home. This arrest was carried out by self-defense forces, who then transferred him on the same day to the headquarters of the National People’s Army barracks located in the 5th kilometer area of Jijel. Approximately three days after the arrest, the truck that was seized with the missing person was found at the 5th kilometer barracks of the National People’s Army, where his family was informed on Thursday, May 4, 1995, that the missing Noureddine Ali had been transferred to the headquarters of the Military Operations Sector in Jijel, located opposite the paramedical training school. This is an attempt to provide the most important information regarding this missing person. Without further ado, we have the testimony of the missing person’s mother, who provides us with a living testimony of this tragedy.
