بتاريخ 26 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية مشعل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المفقودين بمنطقة جيجل هي عائلة المفقود بلطيطن محمد المقيم بمنطقة بوخرتوم بتاسوس ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر، المفقود بلطيطن محمد ابن أحمد ويسعد فاطمه مولود في 18 ابريل 1950 بالشحنة بجيجل متزوج وأب لثمانية أبناء كان يشغل وظيفة تاجر، تمّ اعتقاله في 22 جوان 1994 على حوالي الساعة الواحدة ونصف صباحا بمسكنه العائلي الكائن في العنوان الذي ذكرناه، عملية التوقيف والاعتقال هذه تمّت بمسكنه العائلي من قِبل عناصر من الوحدة السابعة عشر للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني مرفوقة بعناصر من الميليشيات، وعلى حسب المعلومات التي تحصلت عليها العائلة فقد تمّ نقله هو ومجموعة أخرى من المعتقلين الى مقرّ الوحدة السابعة للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الكائن بمنطقة بوحمدون بتاسوس بلدية الأمير عبد القادر. هذه محاولة في عُجاله للإحاطة بالحيثيات العامة لاعتقال وفقدان السيد بلطيطن محمد، وبدون إطاره عليكم نتحوّل إلى زوجة وأحد أبناء المفقود ليقدموا لنا شهادة حيّة عن حيثيات هذا الإعتقال وعن بعض يعني تفاصيل هذه المأساة.
The case of the missing person Mohamed Beltitene, kidnapped since June 22, 1994 from the municipality of Prince Abdelkader, Jijel, Algeria:
On March 26, 2009, the Mechaal Association was hosted by one of the families of the missing persons in the Jijel region, the family of the missing person Beltitene Mohamed, residing in the Boukhartom area of Tassoust in the municipality of Prince Abdelkader. The missing person Beltitene Mohamed, son of Ahmed and Fatiha Yassed, was born on April 18, 1950 in Chehna, Jijel. He was married and the father of eight children, and worked as a merchant. He was arrested on June 22, 1994 around 1:30 am at his family home located at the address mentioned above. This arrest operation was carried out at his family home by elements of the 17th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie, accompanied by militia elements. According to information obtained by the family, he and a group of other detainees were transferred to the headquarters of the 17th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie located in the Bouhamadoun area of Tassoust, municipality of Prince Abdelkader. This is a brief attempt to cover the general circumstances of the arrest and disappearance of Mr. Beltitene Mohamed. Without further ado, we will turn to the wife and one of the sons of the missing person to give us a live testimony about the circumstances of this arrest and some details of this tragedy.
