بتاريخ 13 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر في ضيافة عائلة بونڤط لنسجل شهادة حية حول حيثيات اختفاء ابنها المفقود مسعود بونڤط. المفقود من مواليد 3 جانفي 1970 بالطاهير ولاية جيجل، أعزب ويشغل فلاح ويقيم بحي الثورة بلدية الأمير عبد القادر جيجل، والذي تم اعتقاله يوم 4 ماي 1994 على الساعة الواحدة والنصف بعد الزوال مباشرة بعد أدائه صلاة الجمعة بمسجد النور بمركز بلدية الأمير عبد القادر، حيث ان ذ ذلك اليوم كان يوم جمعة عندما كان المصلون في المسجد أثناء أداء صلاة الجمعة وصلت قافلة من من سيارات تابعة للوحدة السابعة عشر للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الواقعة ثكنتها بحي بحمدون بلدية الأمير عبد القادر و قاموا بمحاصرة الجهة التي تؤدي إلى الخروج من المسجد، وبقوا هناك في انتظار يعني خروج المصلين وعند خروج المصلين كانت هناك عملية مراقبة لهوية جميع المصلين في الداخل، وأثناء عملية التفتيش توقيف واعتقال عدد من المصلين بمن فيهم المفقود مسعود بونڤط، وهكذا تمّ تحويل المفقود والمعتقلين الذين كان عددهم يعني حوالي حوالي خمسة في ذلك اليوم تم نقلهم الى مقر ثكنة الوحدة السابعة عشر للدرك الوطني الكائنة ببوحمدون من بلدية الأمير عبد القادر ومنذئذٍ لم يظهر له أي خبر. وهذه شهادة حية تقدمها يعني والدة المفقود وكذلك إبن أخته.
The case of the missing Massoud Bounagt, kidnapped since May 4, 1994 from the area of Prince Abdelkader, Algeria
On March 13, 2009, the Al-Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped, and this time in the municipality of Prince Abdelkader, hosted by the Bounafat family to record a live testimony about the circumstances of the disappearance of their missing son, Massoud Bounafat. He was arrested on May 4, 1994, at 1:30 pm, immediately after performing Friday prayers at the An-Noor Mosque in the center of the municipality of Prince Abdelkader. That day was a Friday, and while the worshippers were performing Friday prayers, a convoy of vehicles belonging to the 17th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie, whose barracks are located in the Bouhamdoun neighborhood of the municipality of Prince Abdelkader, arrived and surrounded the area leading to the exit of the mosque. They remained there waiting for the worshippers to leave, and when the worshippers left, there was an operation to check the identities of all the worshippers inside. During the search operation, a number of worshippers, including the missing Massoud Bounafat, were arrested. Thus, the missing person and the detainees, who were about five on that day, were transferred to the headquarters of the 17th National Gendarmerie Unit located in Bouhamdoun, in the municipality of Prince Abdelkader, and since then, no news of him has appeared.
