بتاريخ 12 نوفمبر 2010 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي وهي عائلة المفقود العربي بوحبيلة من مواليد 23 أفريل 1946، إمام مسجد متزوج وأب لتسعة أولاد، اعتقل في السوق الأسبوعي ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي. إختطاف تم على يد قوة من الجيش الوطني الشعبي وعناصر الدرك التابعة لمقر الوطني لسيدي عبد العزيز بجيجل حيث كانت آخر حُدد فيه وجوده. تسجيل شهادة من زوجة المفقود و إبنه توثق حيثيات هذه المأساة التي لم تُطوى بعد.
The Case of the Missing Arab Bouhabila, Kidnapped since April 24, 1994 from the Al-Jumu’ah Bani Habibi Area in Jijel, Algeria:
On November 12, 2010, the Al-Mishaal Association for the Children of the Missing visited the family of one of the kidnapped families in the municipality of Al-Jumu’ah Bani Habibi. It was the family of the missing Arab Bouhabila, born on April 23, 1946, an imam of a mosque, married with nine children. He was arrested at the weekly market in the municipality of Al-Jumu’ah Bani Habibi. The kidnapping was carried out by a force from the National Popular Army and gendarmerie elements affiliated with the National Headquarters in Sidi Abdel Aziz in Jijel, where he was last seen. A recording of a testimony from the wife and son of the missing person documenting the circumstances of this tragedy that has not yet been resolved.
