بتاريخ 30 سبتمبر 2010 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين هذه المرة هي عائلة المفقود كمال بوهني من بلدية الأمير عبد القادر بجيجل، إبن كل من فضيل وزوليخة مصباح، من مواليد 4 أوت 1971، كان أعزب ويشغل مهنة بناء وقت اختطافه على يد قوة من الجيش الوطني الشعبي من منزله العائلي بتارخ 23 أوت 1994 على الساعة الثالثة و النصف بعد الزوال حيث تمّ إيداعه مقر القطاع العسكري العملياتي بجيجل في نفس يوم الإختطاف ومنذ ذلك التاريخ اختفى قسريا إلى اليوم. شهادة حية من والدته توثّق المأساة.
The case of the missing Kamal Bouheni, who was kidnapped on August 23, 1994 from the Prince Abdelkader area in Jijel, Algeria
On September 30, 2010, the Al-Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel hosted a family of the kidnapped victims. This time it was the family of the missing Kamal Bouheni from the town of Amir Abdelkader in Jijel. He was the son of Fadil and Zoulikha Missbah, born on August 4, 1971. He was single and worked as a construction worker at the time of his abduction by a force of the National Popular Army from his family home on August 23, 1994, at 3:30 pm. He was taken to the headquarters of the Jijel Operational Military Sector on the same day of his abduction, and since then, he has been forcibly disappeared to this day. A living testimony from his mother documents the tragedy.
