بتاريخ 13 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة في ضيافة عائلة المفقود فضيل بولفلفل بمنطقه تيسبيلان ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي بجيجل التي يكون إبن المفقود واحد من أعضائها ضمن بقية أبناء المفقودين في المنطقة، أبوا إلاّ ان يستضيفونا وأن لا يبخلوا علينا بكرمهم، حيث سنستمع لشهادة حيّة لزوجة المفقود فضيل بولفلفل المولود في 24 نوفمبر، 1952 متزوج أب لسبعة أطفال. كان يشغل وظيفة معلم بالمدرسة الابتدائية حامول احسن بمنطقة تيسبيلان ببلديه الجمعة بني حبيبي ولاية جيجل بالجزائر. المفقود تمّ اعتقاله بتاريخ 8 سبتمبر 1994 على حوالي الساعة العاشرة ونصف صباحا وقد تم هذا الاعتقال من طرف عناصر الدرك الوطني وقوة للجيش الوطني الشعبي في الطريق بمحاذاة الموقع الذي ينصب فيه السوق الأسبوعي الذي يقام كل يوم جمعة ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي. كان المفقود في ذلك اليوم مستقلا سيارته الخاصة مرفوقا بزوجته وابنته المريضة سعاد بولفلفل التي كانت مريضة وكانت وجهتهم هي المستشفى. لما وصل إلى مستوى الطريق المحاذي للسوق الأسبوعي أي حوالي 8 كيلومترات من مقر سكنه، أوقفته مجموعة من عناصر الدرك الوطني والجيش الوطني الشعبي وكانوا بزي رسمي ومستقلين يعني سيارات رسمية، فطلبوا منه النزول فوراً وقاموا باعتقاله، على حسب المعلومات المستقاة من قبل العائلة يكون قد تمّ تحويله بعدها إلى مقر فرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز بجيجل. هذا في عجالة ملخص عن حالة الفقدان وندع التفاصيل لعائله المفقود ترويها أولاً زوجة المفقود وكذلك ابن المفقود السيد بولفلفل عبد الملك.
The case of the missing Fadil Boulfelfel, kidnapped since September 8, 1994 from the area of Jemaa Beni Habibii, Jijel, Algeria
On March 13, 2009, the Al-Mash’al Association for the Children of the Disappeared in Jijel visited the family of one of the kidnapped individuals, specifically the family of the disappeared Fadil Boulfelfel in the Tisbilan area of the Jum’a Bani Habib municipality in Jijel. This family, whose son is one of the members of the association along with the other children of the disappeared in the area, insisted on hosting us and did not withhold their generosity. We will listen to a live testimony from the wife of the disappeared Fadil Boulfelfel, born on November 24, 1952, married with seven children. He worked as a teacher at the Hamoul Ahsène Primary School in the Tisbilan area of the Jum’a Bani Habib municipality in Jijel, Algeria. The disappeared was arrested on September 8, 1994, around 10:30 a.m. This arrest was carried out by elements of the National Gendarmerie and a force from the National People’s Army on the road adjacent to the site where the weekly market is held every Friday in the Jum’a Bani Habib municipality. On that day, the disappeared was driving his private car accompanied by his wife and his sick daughter Souad Boulfelfel, and they were headed to the hospital. When he reached the road adjacent to the weekly market, about 8 kilometers from his place of residence, he was stopped by a group of National Gendarmerie and National People’s Army elements who were in official uniforms and driving official vehicles. They ordered him to get out immediately and proceeded to arrest him. According to information obtained by the family, he was then transferred to the headquarters of the National Gendarmerie brigade in the Sidi Abdelaziz municipality in Jijel.
