بتاريخ 29 أوت 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة ببلدية العوانة في ضيافة عائلة بوسدلنو، وذلك لتسجيل شهادة والدة المختطف حول حيثيات اختفاء إبنها، فرحات بوسدلنو إبن أحمد و تونس بحيرة. المفقود من مواليد 29 مارس 1951، متزوج وأب لخمسة أبناء. كان يشغل وظيفة مهندس في الإعلام الآلي ويشغل مهندس للإعلام الآلي بشركة للهيدروليك بالقُبّة في الجزائر العاصمة. تم اعتقاله يوم الخميس 8 يي 1994 على الساعة الثامنة صباحا بمقهى بمركز مدينة العوانة بجيجل، وذلك على يد عناصر للدرك الوطني تابعين لفرقة الدرك الوطني، ومن حينها اختفى ولم تظهر عنه أي معلومات إلى اليوم، وهذه شهادة والدته حول تفاصيل وتداعيات هذه الجريمة التي لم تُكشف حقيقتها و لم تطل منفذيها و مسؤوليهم أية محاسبة.
The Case of the Missing Farhat Bousedlenou, Kidnapped Since February 8, 1994 from the Al-Awana Region in Jijel, Algeria
On August 29, 2019, the Al-Mashaal Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, was hosted by a family of the kidnapped, this time in the municipality of Laouana, hosted by the Bousedlenou family, in order to record the testimony of the kidnapped person’s mother about the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of her son, Farhat Bousedleno, son of Ahmed and Tounis Bahira. The missing person was born on March 29, 1951, married and the father of five children. He worked as a computer engineer and as a computer engineer for a hydraulics company in Al-Qubba in Algiers. He was arrested on Thursday, February 8, 1994 at 8 am in a cafe in the center of the city of Al-Awania in Jijel, by elements of the National Gendarmerie belonging to the National Gendarmerie Brigade, and since then he has disappeared and no information has emerged about him until today. This is his mother’s testimony about the details and repercussions of this crime, whose truth has not been revealed, and whose perpetrators and those responsible have not been held accountable.
