بتاريخ 13 نوفمبر 2010 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل بالجزائر في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي في ضيافة عائلة بوزمي حيث تدلي زوجته بتفاصيل مأساة اختفاءه. المفقود إبراهيم بوزمي من مواليد 9 أوت 1955 بتاكسنة جيجل، متزوج وأب لعشرة أولاد وكان يشغل مهنة سائق تاكسي، تعرّض لعملية من طريق بلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي، وذلك أثناء السياقة بتاريخ 4 سبتمبر 1995 على الساعة العاشرة صباحاً نفذها عناصر من الجيش الوطني الشعبي، وكان آخر تواجد له بثكنة الجيش بالجمعة بني حبيبي ثم حوّل الى ثكنة الجيش ببلارة، الميلية جيجل يوم 12 سبتمبر 1995، إختفى أثره بعدها إلى غاية اليوم.
The Case of the Missing Ibrahim Bouzmi, Abducted Since September 4, 1995 from the Al-Jum’ah Bani Habibi Region in Jijel, Algeria
On November 13, 2010, the Al-Mash’al Association for the Children of the Missing in Jijel, Algeria, visited the family of one of the abducted families, this time in the municipality of Al-Jum’ah Bani Habibi, where Bouzmi’s wife provided details of the tragedy of his disappearance. The missing Ibrahim Bouzmi was born on August 9, 1955, in Taksna, Jijel. He was married with ten children and worked as a taxi driver. He was subjected to an operation by the Al-Jum’ah Bani Habibi municipality while driving on September 4, 1995, at 10 a.m., carried out by elements of the National Popular Army. His last whereabouts were at the army barracks in Al-Jum’ah Bani Habibi, then he was transferred to the army barracks in Bellara, El Milia, Jijel, on September 12, 1995. He has been missing since then until today.
