بتاريخ 13 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة مع عائلة المفقود أحسن بولكروش المولود في المولود بتاريخ 9 سبتمبر، 1952 متزوج وأب لثمانية أولاد. كان يشغل وظيفة معلم بالمدرسة الإبتدائية حامول أحسن بتيسبيلان بلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي جيجل الجزائر. وقد تّمّ اعتقاله في 20 مارس 1995 على الساعة الثامنة صباحا بمقر فرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز في جيجل. في هذا اللقاء تدلي زوجة المعني شهادة حية عن حيثيات فقدانه وكل المعاناة التي تلت منذ فقدان زوجها جراء هذه الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي ارتكبت من طرف أجهزة الأمن الجزائرية سنوات التسعينات من القرن الماضي.
The case of the missing person Ahcene Boukerrouche, kidnapped since March 20, 1995 from the area of El Djemaa Beni Habibi, Jijel, Algeria
On March 13, 2009, the El Mish’al Association for the Children of the Missing visited a family of the kidnapped in Jijel, this time with the family of the missing Ahcene Boukerrouche, born on September 9, 1952, married and father of eight children. He worked as a teacher at the Hamoul Ahcene Primary School in Tissebeylane, in the municipality of El Djemaa Beni Habibi, Jijel, Algeria. He was arrested on March 20, 1995 at 8 am at the headquarters of the National Gendarmerie Brigade in the municipality of Sidi Abdelaziz in Jijel. In this meeting, the wife of the concerned person gave a living testimony about the circumstances of his disappearance and all the suffering that followed since the disappearance of her husband as a result of these serious violations of human rights committed by the Algerian security forces in the 1990s.
