بتاريخ 13 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين وهذه المرة في ضيافة عائلة المفقود علي بونعاس، من مواليد 18 ديسمبر 1947 بمنطقة الشحنة، إبن كل من علي و الطاوس عميرش، مقيم بالمحطة القديمة في الطاهير بجيجل، عامل يومي متزوج وأب لـ 11 طفل. تعرّض لعملية اختطاف من مقر عمله بتاريخ 17 أفريل 1994 على الساعة الثانية بعد الزوال من طرف عناصر من المخابرات بالزي المدني مصحوبين بعناصر من الدفاع الذاتي الذين اقتادوه إلى مقر القطاع العملياتي بجيجل في نفس اليوم حيث اختفى قسرياً إلى غاية اليوم، وهذا التسجيل تقدم فيه كل من زوجة المفقود وابنه شهادة عن حيثيات هذه المأساة وتداعياتها على حياتهم.
The Case of the Missing Ali Bounaas, Kidnapped since April 17, 1994, from the Tahir Region of Jijel, Algeria
