بتاريخ 13 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية المشعل لأبناء المفقودين في جيجل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المختطفين هذه المرة هي عائلة المفقود نور السادات بوكحنون، المولود بتاريخ 28 مارس 1971 أعزب بدون مهنة، كان يسكن بمنطقة الكعده ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي بجيجل، أوقف يوم 29 أبريل 1994 على الساعة العاشرة ونصف صباحا اعتقل من السوق الاسبوعي الكائن الجمعه بن حبيبي بجيجل الاعتقال على يد أفراد مجموعة التدخل السريع المجموعة السابعة عشر للدرك الوطني الكائنة ثكنتها منطقة بوحمدون ببلدية الأمير عبد القادر. المفقود تمّ تحويله بعد اعتقاله مباشرة إلى مقر التدخل السريع لبوحمدون ومنذ لك لم يظهر عليه أي خبر. والد المفقود نورالسادات بوكحنون يقدم شهادة حية حول حيثيات اختفاء ابنه وتداعيات القضية إلى اليوم.
The case of the missing person Nour El Sadate Boukekhnoune, kidnapped since April 29, 1994 from the region of El Jemaa Beni Habib, Jijel, Algeria

This time it was the family of the missing person Nour El Sadate Boukekhnoune, born on March 28, 1971, single and unemployed. He lived in the Kaâda region of the municipality of El Jemaa Beni Habib in Jijel. He was arrested on April 29, 1994 at 10:30 am from the weekly market in El Jemaa Beni Habib in Jijel by members of the 17th Rapid Intervention Group of the National Gendarmerie, whose barracks are located in the Bouhamadoun area of the municipality of El Amir Abdelkader. The missing person was transferred directly after his arrest to the Rapid Intervention headquarters in Bouhamadoun, and since then no news of him has surfaced. The father of the missing Nour El Sadate Boukekhnoune provides a living testimony about the circumstances of his son’s disappearance and the repercussions of the case to this day.
