بتاريخ 27 ماي 2009 حلّت جمعية مشعل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المفقودين هي عائلة محمد بودور المولود في 24 نوفمبر 1952 متزوج وأب لسبعة بنات، وكان يشغل وظيفة موظف ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي جيجل. تمّ اعتقاله في 29 أبريل 1994 على حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحا بالسوق الأسبوعي ببلدية الجمعة بني حبيبي بجيجل. عملية الاعتقال هذه نُفذت في نفس الوقت الذي تم فيه اعتقال مجموعة أخرى من المواطنين يقدر عددهم بح حوالي 20 شخصا وقد تم هذا الاعتقال من طرف عناصر الدرك الوطني لفرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز، ومدعمين بعناصر من الجيش الوطني الشعبي وأشخاص مدنيين ملثمين، وبعد عملية الاعتقال على حسب المعلومات التي تحصلت عليها العائله، كان المفقود مع المجموعة التي تم اعتقالها معه وتم نقلهم الى مقر فرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية سيدي عبد العزيز ثم بعدها نقلوا الى مقر الوحدة السابعة عشر للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الكائنة بمنطقة بوحمدون بتاسوست بلدية الامير عبد القادر بجيجل. حسب المعلومات التي تحصلت عليها العائلة وهي معلومات لم تؤكّدها جهات رسمية وحسب شهادات فقد تم نقلهم حدودية ما بين ولاية جيجل ولاية ميلة و تم اغتيالهم هناك حسب شهادات. كانت هذه محاولة إحاطة بأهم المعلومات الأساسية في في حالة الفقدان هذه، ومناسبة مهمة لنستمع الى شهادة حية تقدمها عائلة المفقود ممثلة في زوجته التي تتطرق إلى تفاصيل أكثر حول ملابسات القضية.
The Case of the Missing Mohamed Boudour, Abducted since April 29, 1994
