بتاريخ 27 مارس 2009 حلّت جمعية مشعل في ضيافة عائلة من عائلات المفقودين بمنطقة جيجل هي عائلة المفقودين كل من الأب بن عبد الليوة حسين الإبن بن عبد الليوة رابح. نوجّه جزيل الشكر لهذه العائلة الكريمة على حسن الضيافة ونعرض عليكم شهادة حيّة تقدمها زوجة المفقود بن عبد الليوة حسين التي هي أيضاً أم المفقود بن عبد الليوة رابح المفقود بن عبدل وحسين إبن سعيد وعجرود العانس مولود في 27 أوت 1931 متزوج وأب لـ 12 طفلا، كان متقاعداً من الجيش الوطني الشعبي والساكن بحي بو خرتوم بتاسوس بلدية الأمير عبد القادر/ المفقود تم اعتقاله من مسكنه العائلي بتاريخ 22 جوان 1994 على الساعة الواحدة والنصف صباحا وقد كان هذا الاعتقال من تنفيذ عناصر من الوحدة السابعة للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الكائنة ثكنتها ببوحمدون بتاسوست، بعد اعتقاله يعني تم نقله مباشرة الى الى مقر الوحدة السابعة للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني الكائن بمنطقة بوحمدون.
أما فيما يخص إبنه السيد بن عبد الليوة وربح إبن حسين و يحياوي طاوس مولود في 27 سبتمبر 1972 أعزب وكان طالب بإحدى المدارس القرآنية بولاية بومرداس، تم اغتياله بتاريخ 21 أكتوبر 1994 على حوالي الساعة التاسعة صباحا لما كان زياره بيته العائلي حيث تقيم والدته والعائلة فإذا به يسمع عن مجموعة من من رجال الدرك الوطني للمجموعة السابعة عشر للتدخل السريع للدرك الوطني في طريقهم إلى البيت وعلى ذلك قام بمحاولة فرار ولكنه تعرض لطلقات ناريه من قبل رجال الدرك الوطني أردته قتيلا في الحين، و العائله لم تتحصل على جثمان السيد بن عبد الليوة رابح إلى يومنا هذا. كانت في عجالة محاولة إحاطة ببعض المعطيات وبعض الحيثيات فيما يخص هذين المفقودين وفي الشهادة التي قدمتها زوجة المفقود بن عبدالله حسين والتي هي في نفس الوقت ام المفقود بن عبدالله رابح وكذلك شهادة من ابنها الآخر يقدمون بعض الانطباعات فيما يخص هذه المأساة التي ألمّت بهم إلى اليوم.
The Case of the Missing Persons Hussain Ben Abdelliouah and His Son Rabeh, Abducted Since June 22, 1994 and October 21, 1994 Respectively:
On March 27, 2009, the Mechaal Association was hosted by a family of missing persons in the Jijel region.
It is the family of the missing father Ben Abdelliouah Hussain and his son Ben Abdelliouah Rabeh. We extend our sincere thanks to this generous family for their hospitality and present to you a living testimony given by the wife of the missing Ben Abdelliouah Hussain, who is also the mother of the missing Ben Abdelliouah Rabeh. The missing Ben Abdelliouah Hussain, son of Saeed and Ajroud, was born on August 27, 1931, married with 12 children. He was a retired soldier from the National Popular Army and a resident of the Boukhartoum neighborhood in Tasoust, in the municipality of El Amir Abdelkader. The missing person was arrested from his family home on June 22, 1994, at 1:30 a.m. This arrest was carried out by elements of the 7th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie, whose barracks are located in Bouhmadoun, Tasoust. After his arrest, he was immediately transferred to the headquarters of the 7th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie located in the Bouhmadoun area.
As for his son, Mr. Ben Abdelliouah Rabeh, son of Hussain and Yahiaoui Taoues, born on September 27, 1972, single, and a student at one of the Quranic schools in the Boumerdes province, he was assassinated on October 21, 1994, around 9 a.m., while visiting his family home where his mother and family reside. He heard about a group of men from the 17th Rapid Intervention Unit of the National Gendarmerie on their way to the house. He tried to flee but was shot at by the gendarmes, killing him instantly. The family has not received the body of Mr. Ben Abdelliouah Rabeh to this day. This was a brief overview of some of the details and circumstances surrounding these two missing persons, based on the testimony given by the wife of the missing Ben Abdelliouah Hussain, who is also the mother of the missing Ben Abdelliouah Rabeh, as well as the testimony of their other son, offering their impressions regarding this tragedy that has affected them to this day.
